At awilkebranding.com, we will seek for the most cost-efficient and reliable method to deliver your products. However, we do not guarantee the shipping time.
For large bulk orders, DHL express will be recommended and approximately takes around 5-15 business days to North America.
We will keep updating our shipping methods and inform our customers for the best interest.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from awilkebranding.com, you (The ‘Customer’) are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If any customs, duties, and taxes are charged to Awilkebranding, we reserve the right to invoice Customer.
Returns
All products that ordered online are considered as FINAL SALE. Please order carefully. We do our best to accurately display our products online however viewing images on computers makes it hard to capture the true color. Therefore, Awilke branding recommends all customers purchase samples prior to purchasing large orders and/or private label orders.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us here within 48 hours of receipt to report any damage. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Please ensure to also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes. We will request the below information from you to help expedite this process:

2.Your company name
3.Invoice number
